STEPS FOR JAIL NOTARIZATION

1. Correctly identify facility where the inmate is incarcerated.

2. Obtain inmates booking number and, if possible, obtain inmate's CA Approved ID: Current Driver's license, Current Passport, Current Consular Card (less than 5 years old), State ID Card

3. The name on document must be the exact name on ID document.

4. We are not allowed by law to create or assist you in creating the document for notarization.

5. Call us at (619)537-9519 for an appointment.

6. Make sure that inmate is aware of our appointment and is aware and has agreed to the document and it's contents.

7. Make the payment before appointment to Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or cash.

8. Please note that the full fee is due whether or not inmate signs,

9. We are not allowed to explain to or give advice on forms to the inmate.

10. Bring the documents to be notarized with you to the appointment.

Fee includes travel, and up to 2 signatures.

Additional signatures obtained at $15.00 each.

Additional fees for pick up and delivery of documents.

Additional fee for evening/night.

PASOS PARA LA NOTARIZACIÓN DE CÁRCEL

• Identificar correctamente el centro donde se encuentra encarcelado el recluso.

• Obtenga el número de reserva  (Booking)del recluso y, si es posible, obtenga la identificación aprobada por CA del recluso: licencia de conducir vigente, pasaporte vigente, tarjeta consular vigente (menos de 5 años), tarjeta de identificación estatal

• El nombre en el documento debe ser el nombre exacto del documento de identidad.

• La ley no nos permite crear o ayudarlo a crear el documento para la certificación notarial..

• Llámanos al (619)537-9519 para una cita.

• Asegúrese de que el recluso esté al tanto de nuestra cita y haya aceptado el documento y su contenido.

• Realice el pago antes de la cita a Zelle, Paypal, Venmo o efectivo.

• Tenga en cuenta que la tarifa completa se debe pagar independientemente de que el recluso firme o no,

• No se nos permite explicar ni dar consejos sobre formularios al recluso.

• Lleve consigo los documentos a la cita.

La tarifa incluye viaje y hasta 2 firmas.
